So accommodating of my dietary requirements, our waiter Nate took time to annotate the entire menu to work out what was possible. Delicious food which looked like a work of art on the plate. Would definitely recommend and return! Good local spot

I decided to dine here because it was listed as one of the better restaurants in Nashville.... It feels a little dated inside, like it could use a good remodel... The food that was coming out of the kitchen looked delicious but my meal must have gotten lost in the craziness of the evening because it was just satisfactory... My waiter forgot me at the chef's bar, perhaps because I was dining solo... I had to wave down other waiters a few times to order some additional food... I think they are trying to do quiet, elegant fine dining but the place is a zoo, completely overcrowded both audibly and visually.... It's missing that touch of glamour that would be a perfect compliment to the menu...

My fiancé and I had a great time here. Good food, good drinks, and wonderful customer service. If you haven't been, you have to try this place out. It's a little pricey but well worth it. We recommend the chef's creation (Moroccan inspired pork dish).

My husband and I had a gift card for Etch. We were seeing a show at the Ryman, so we decided to make reservations prior to the concert. We had been numerous times years ago and always enjoyed it. I suppose we just forgot how wonderful the restaurant was. I certainly won’t wait years before I return. The food was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully. Carter was our server, and the service was stellar. I’m fairly certain that we ate every last bite of everything we ordered. And we ordered a lot. The only thing that I probably wouldn’t order again were the empanadas, but if somebody in my group ordered them, I would certainly have a bite . We ordered: Cauliflower and empanadas for appetizers The etch salad Scallops, and from the sea, which was mahi-mahi And the coconut dessert

Had the fish of the day, the roasted cauliflower, and the brussels sprouts. All very good.

Brilliant combination of flavors and textures. Every dish was exceptional!

4.5 stars. Food was delicious and service was great. The restaurant offered a beautiful and quiet respite from the bustle and spectacle of music row.
