E+ROSE Wellness Cafe of Wedgewood/Houston

Gathering spot for much of Wedgewood Houston. This location can get extremely busy with lines for ordering in person, picking up online orders, trying to make sure each guest receives their correct order, & serving as a logistics hub for the other E+Rose locations. Most of the kitchen prep is done at this location, so there are almost always back of house staff focused solely on preparing menu items from fresh produce for all of their shops. The menu is solid. Everything is good: strawberry shortcake bites, all the juices, espresso drinks, coffee, & smoothies. The bowls are a healthy ice cream replacement loaded up with fruit for your daily nutritional needs. They used to make a coconut pudding on special occasions before they got too busy in this growing neighborhood--another one of those good problems. If you don't have time to spare, grab some fresh, prepared food & drink--caffeinated items too--from the cooler.

I literally come here every week for their smoothies, salads, breakfast quinoa and protein bites which are all amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking for healthy and delicious options in Nashville

A 10 is more like it. This is my daily go-to for everything from acai bowls to matcha lattes. A perfect neighborhood spot for all things healthy. BEST acai bowls hands down. Grab and go wraps or salads are our road trip staples. Always consistent, always friendly. Love this whole gang!

This is my favorite place in Nashville! The smoothie bowls are amazing and have all natural ingredients with no added sugars or chemicals. I come here almost daily & can’t recommend it enough. Vegetarian options: The whole menu is plant-based! Dietary restrictions: Tons of gluten free & vegan options, and they’re willing to accommodate allergies & restrictions.

From E+ROSE Wellness Cafe I had a delicious Pro Bowl that was large enough to share. I also ordered spring rolls that came with a yummy peanut dip and the banana bread bites were delicious!

The food was pretty good but the girl that rang me up was kinda mean. She did not speak to me a single time apart from the initial “hi how are you” and looked at me like I was stupid when I said back the “good how are you?” She scoffed at me when I told her I had a pickup order, wordlessly handed me my bag, and then stared at me until I walked out. It was really weird and uncomfortable. She may have just been having a weird day, I don’t know, but it was not a super great start to my morning :(
