Such good sandwiches, soups and salads!!

I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheddar toasted, with tomato and cucumber. I got a cold turkey sandwich with untoasted bread with tomato, cucumber, mayo, sprouts, and onion. I didn’t complain about it bc it took so long to get my food I was starving.

Absolutely one of the top choices for lunch, particularly for larger office gatherings. For years, we've been placing orders for about 10 lunches bi-weekly for a recurring meeting, and Erik's consistently delivers delectable, fresh meals accompanied by outstanding customer service. Their practice of labeling each item with the respective names from the order streamlines the process, making it effortless for me to do my job well. They consistently provide all necessary accompaniments like cutlery, napkins, pickles, and more. Overall, a fantastic experience every time. A special shout-out to Eric at the Redwood City location for his prompt assistance today, not just once but twice. Your support is genuinely appreciated!

This sandwich deserves one star just on the basis of meat to bread ratio, truly pathetic

I come here when in the area - good sandwiches with lots of toppings. Pesto turkey sandwich is my favorite. Service is good. (This is better than the one in Dublin.)

Weird, funny interaction: "does the tomato basil soup have any dairy in it?" "... I don't know..." "... Can you check??" Without a word, guy gets out his phone and just starts tapping away. After about a minute and a half of me just standing there at the counter, he says, "Google says it does" And, fair enough, I could have Googled it too. But. Dang. I've never had that happen before. This happened on a Friday, for the record. I cannot blame the guy and I do not want him to be reprimanded because I'm still laughing about it. Made my day.

I would have given this place a 5, but additud and service matters the most to me. Honestly, I've never eaten here, and most likely won't. I used the restroom here, I loved how the bathroom looks and how clean it was. I saw an employee outside putting things away. I told him, "nice bathroom man, it's really clean." He replied with, "It's not mine." I thought he didn't hear me so I said again, the bathroom is really clean, that means ya are doing your job well. He said, "the bathroom is not mine, but thank you" He could have easily just accepted the complement and said "Thank you."
