What a cute little spot. Reservations are definitely required for the smaller space but it is absolutely worth it. Incredible wine selection. Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and fun; a necessity with tapas and wine. Food is down to earth while being impeccably crafted. You will order 4+ dishes depending on how hungry you are(we ordered 7 for two people), so be prepared to drink and share plates into the evening. Also one of the best creme brulee I've had in a long time.
Everything was *amazing*. Food wine and desserts. The chimichurri shrimp is a must order, but all our courses were delicious - soups, ricotta, Vietnamese meatballs, brussels. If you're looking for small plates and great wine selection, this is the place to go !!
We tried this place out based on the reviews while staying at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs. The reviews were correct and this place is a little gem that we would never have paid attention to otherwise. The inside is super tiny and tight; however, the food more than makes up for that. It was tapas, small plates style and we ordered multiple things and shared. It was fun to taste so many different dishes that were all phenomenal. The wine selection was extensive. We did have reservations in advance of going.
My wife took me here for the first time for my birthday. Dripping Springs doesn't have many high end restaurants so I was skeptical. The restaurant is very quant and the food was delicious. The food was similar to Tapas but the dishes were from recipes from all over the world. We enjoyed the Brussel Sprout, Asparagus, Meatball, and Shrimp dishes. The staff were very friendly. This is a great place for a cozy, higher end, dinner.
Great food and interesting wine selection! The brussel sprouts were very good.
Always a great experience here...small and quaint. Jerry is great, and Julio is the best chef! Very great selection of wines! Check them out, and make reservations.
It's true what they say. A hidden gem and a tiny slice of something that tastes like Europe and the best kind of it too. Tapas style plates served with any wine color, scent or flavor you can think of. The food was SO good! We wanted to try it all you but can probably only eat a few plates per person. If you come by dripping springs, don't miss this tiny spot!
A must visit for any foodie traveling through Dripping Springs! My friend and I were staying in Dripping Springs for a wine business convention and we found this restaurant within walking distance of the Holiday Inn. While unassuming from its outward appearance, the décor inside fits the impressive menu and wine selection. We split an outstanding bottle of 2015 Chateau du Courlat Bordeaux and paired it with the melted brie with poached pear and walnuts. After that we tried the Szechuan brussels sprouts with the chimichurri skirt steak. Every dish was prepared perfectly and we were more and more surprised by the quality of the food and the outstanding service. This humble eatery punches well above its weight and more on par with one you might find in San Francisco, or Las Vegas.
I hadn't been here since everything opened back up following curbside pick-up only. My daughter and I were there last evening, and it was the most fabulous food, wine, and atmosphere -- oh, and service, too! We split an entrée, two appetizers, and a fantastic bottle of wine. The prices were not much more than what I've paid to get sandwiches and herbal tea in other places. It was divine. Dripping Springs should be so thankful to have this place as an option for a dining experience.
