Excellent place with tremendous views, superior service, and good food

First off, let me start by saying Fernando was an absolute pleasure to have as our waiter. 5 star quality service, from a 5 star restaurant. I was looking for a romantic place to celebrate my anniversary and birthday and I'm beyond happy I chose this restaurant from many other steakhouses here in san francisco. The mixture of ambiance, attentiveness from our waiter, scenic views, and quality of food made Epic Steakhouse an absolutely phenomenal restaurant. My needs and requests were accommodated and met effortlessly. I can't wait to come back to visit to dine with the best in San Francisco.

I went here for my Anniversary dinner. This was the worst service I ever received at a steak house. We had to hunt out server down ever time we needed anything. If this place didn’t have the views of the bridge they wouldn’t survive. The food was good, but room temperature. The bathrooms seemed like they weren’t cleaned in weeks. I expect this from red lobster, TGI Fridays, and Olive Garden.

Great place but our private room rental the table was way too big. I had to yell to talk to the person across from me. Super weird. I wasn’t eating dairy and they had a hard time with that but figured it out.
