E+O Kitchen - The Banks

We had an absolutely wonderful meal here before the cyclones game. Cocktails, apps, and entrees were incredible, especially the sea bass and lamb chops. Service from Zoe was 10/10!

Apparently the male hostess has a history of being very rude to people coming into the restaurant based on some recent reviews. We were also treated very poorly by this male hostess who told us at 3pm they had a 2 hour wait. I simply asked how, when there were maybe 10 customers in the restaurant, his response was "because we do, go somewhere else if you want seated now." I asked to speak to his manager or the manager on duty and he advised me he was the manager. So I asked if a GM was avaliable, the hostess, informed me he was also the GM. So he expected me to believe he was the hostess, manager, and GM, but how he spoke down to my party was clear he wasnt a GM or manager. We were then asked to leave and escorted out aggressively when we questioned if he was a manager. Such a shame for e + o because we went to a restaurant right down the street and had a very enjoyable time with our money. I will go back to the one in Hyde Park, but never will I go back to this one at the Banks. Your hostess needs training on how to treat customers, or perhaps just obtain a different job if he doesn't like customers. But if you're the owner or GM reading this, you should probably realize, your male hostess is hurting your business. Do the right thing.

Garrett provided the best customer service I have ever experienced! He answered all of my questions regarding the menu and he gave suggestions for foods I should try. This was my first time dining at e+o and it was not a disappointment. He was the sweetest and I can’t wait to bring my family back to enjoy the atmosphere.

Visited for the 5th time or so yesterday with friends and family, everyone had a blast and loved the atmosphere. They keep up with trends by incorporating new cocktails and have amazing happy hour offers. We came in at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 10pm. The staff really did pretty great serving us. We had to ask to be served after the shift change and also had to remind the bar tender to apply the happy hour deal (my last visit the server forgot to apply the happy hour deal) but other than that, great experience overall! Parking: You can locate a street parking spot that allows you to pay the meter or you can park right below the restaurant in the paid parking garage.

Had reservations , seamless , food was on point , sushi and steak and had different drinks . Service was great as well . Highly recommended

We sat at the bar for dinner, and the service was great! The two people behind the bar were very friendly and fun to talk to. The brussel sprouts were incredible, and the ahi tuna buddha bowl was probably the most beautiful dish I've ever eaten. And it was delicious!
