Updated April 2024 Food is excellent and some very creative dishes based on Italian classics. Although the menu may seem small there were more than enough options that appealed to myself and my wife. Menu could maybe use some regional focus as it seems to be broadly Italian but dishes were hard to pinpoint their exact origin. Great wine and beverage options as well. The space was very inviting and much bigger than the first time we dined here due to an expansion pre pandemic.
Place is really very nice. Food is delicious. Took almost 1.25 hrs to get it served. We think maybe they lost the tickets.
Absolutely delicious. I had the special which was beet and ricotta ravioli in brown butter sage. Not complicated, but prepared with excellent ingredients. Pasta al dente, as it should be. My partner had the Tagliatelle al ragu and I didn't even get a bite because he annihilated it, that good! The wait staff are extremely knowledgeable about the Italian wines they serve, without any pretentiousness. Cheese and prosciutto plate, some of the best cheeses I've ever had, served at the perfect temperature to enjoy their flavors. Chocolate budino for dessert, couldn't have been more perfect, rich flavor but didn't feel heavy, some kind of magic. It's a family business with friendly but refined service. The setting is simple but cozy with focus on the food, wine, and plenty of room for dinner conversations. There was a small birthday party at one of the other tables. Gets quiet pretty early even on a Saturday night.
This is a great place.. Go eat here.
They know what they are doing with the food. Very good, authentic Italian. That’s why you might go. The atmosphere is nothing at all and the service is fine. People are nice and relaxed.
Homey and tasty food and the price is right.
