OG TexMex that relies on nostalgia to keep the doors open. The food and the tables share the same coating of grease. The service is efficient.

I so excited to try this place, and left so disappointed. Not only is the food super meh, but it’s also so loud, it’s hard to hear anyone you are with. It was also way pricier than I would expect. I ordered the flautas, and they came bone dry, not even sour cream or queso fresco on them. That’s never happened to me before. We also ordered guacamole and it was undersalted and missing a lot of lime and flavor. There are so many incredible Mexican restaurants in Austin. No need to spend your money on this overhyped joint.

This is ALWAYS a winner & well worth ANY wait! Best Enchiladas around!
