Pricey for subpar food. Slow service too even when restaurant wasnt very busy

Tried this restaurant last night, atmosphere was great. Arrived for dinner no wait, we were sat right away. Ordered an appetizer Encanto Tostones, Entrees- Filet Mignon and Pork Chop al Pastor 16 Oz everything was just okay, did not match with the pricing. The filet was extremely overcooked and dry. Nothing seemed fresh and we both ended up getting really sick. Definitely did not sit right at all, unfortunately will never be back.

Let me start off by saying that this restaurant looks 10 times better on the website. I was there today for valentines day, they had a special menu today $86 a person. The food was just okay nothing amazing. We also had to keep swating nats away from our plates. The decor is very cheap looking and the service wasn't great. Not only is everything overpriced but they also charged $12 to use a credit card + $35 service fee. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Horrible experience here! Do not go… food was disgusting and cold sent it back came back from the microwave and couldn’t even eat it for how over cooked it was. Waiter was non present and I think he was like that only because we were a large party and he knew he was going to get his 20% The restaurant seems to have no real direction it was definitely not a family restaurant but not a night club either the food was all over the map as far as types of food which also didn’t correlate with the pictures in the menu. I ordered a house salad to come out before my meal and never came then finally came out with the wrong dressing on it . The waiter asked if I wanted a side of the requested dressing we said no just a new salad with the correct dressing would be good because how are you mixing two different dressings then the salad never came out. Food was very overpriced for quality. I don’t think the restaurant will be around in a year from now. We for sure won’t ever go back ! Kid-friendliness: The music playing was not kid friendly . We order chicken tenders and fries and she got 2 large whole chicken breasts fried and fries not kid friendly or easy to eat when asked for ranch the ranch never came out. Kids options were limited to 4 choices
