Freehold Rooftop

This place is a wonderful rooftop bar! The Freehold Rooftop inside the Pod 39 Hotel offers great views of NYC and serves a nice selection of drinks and cocktails! Definitely get their Apple Cider Bourbon Cocktail! The place is beautifully decorated ️ and the ambience is fantastic! The staff ‍ is super friendly and the service is quick. ⏲️ I wish I came here earlier and more often!

Was excited to visit and instantly disappointed. The bar service was horrible. After standing for 10 - 15mins In front of one of the bartenders she finally told me to order with the other bartenders. Another 10 mins goes by without acknowledgement, they finally took the gentlemen next to me and took someone else who just arrived at the bar after me. I ended up leaving. I won’t be returning.

Had an amazing time having sunset drinks and food. AMAZING service.

Felt like we were in Tuscany but watching the Empire State building light up. Delicious food and beverages.

Can’t rave about this place enough!! You’ll definitely get lost in time with the beautiful views, great tunes, oysters and cocktails. Perfect spot after work, before a show, or date night. The menu is definitely light so don’t come for more than a bite. Tuna poke tacos and lobster roll are delicious.
