I order my donuts early in the morning and pick up in the early afternoon. They told me I could do this and I love it because I aways get my favorite before they sell out..

Disappointed my cookies nor donuts were freshly baked at 8am for the price? Daddy would be disappointed when I say sadly I may wait before going back.

I will not be back. They have great cakes and donuts. I always buy something for my daughter who is out of town. She grow up with Emerson's but!!! They have messed up my order everytime. I just went up and they said I could not order a small cake,new rule. To call day before and they may have a cake. The Older lady working there has said there is no white cream filled donuts. But I have ordered them. Sadly, I won't be back.

Getting married and order a few simple desserts. Called a few days before the wedding to check on the order and they couldn't find it. After calling then back a few hours later they had not gotten the order ready and said they could still get it done on time. They had the nerve to tell us they wouldn't charge us a rush fee for their screw up. When I called to check on the order the day of the wedding they couldn't locate the order based on the name and when I arrived to pick it up they still had a hard time finding it. Avoid at all costs or risk gambling with your time and money. Edit: For the store's response. I did not hang up on them. I told them I would call them back with my exact order. The clerk responded "ok", and we both hung up (I never called back). When I arrived at the store I waited to be acknowledged and definitely did not shout "hey you". Once acknowledged my exact words were "hi I'm here to pick up this (showed online receipt), once the items were retrieved I asked " are we sure this is everything?" Inspected what we paid for and my father asked " do you have another box?". After packing it I left. Those were the only words I spoke and the exact interaction.
