Bartender tried to charge me $12 for tap water. When I refused to pay for tap water he threw it all in the trash in front of us. Never go here

Is it legal to charge for tap water?? If not, it should be… As should be the bartender’s attitude. The dude basically threw an hour long hissy fit for having to do his job until everyone decided it was better to just leave.
