EMC Seafood & Raw Bar

We went there on a Thursday for lunch right when they were opening. Outside table was perfect with the sun and cool weather recently. Both of us got a couple of cocktails which were decent. Food were decent for the price and good flavors. Unfortunately our service was missing during our whole meal. Other than when they dropped off our items we did not see anyone. No one refilled our water or asked if we wanted another drink. Also it is cheap for them to use Chinese take out chopsticks. They could class it up with some nice chopsticks. Probably won't go back to this place.

My friend has been raving about EMC for a while, wanted to take me here for a long time. We finally went on a Sunday during Happy Hour. Let me tell you she was 100% bang on, EMC didn't disappoint ❤️. We ordered Yellowtail Carpaccio, Truffle Salmon Roll, Grilled Fish Tacos, Charred Smokey Oysters & Steamed Mussels. Everything we ordered was delicious. I'm not big on consuming raw seafood. Upon my friend's recommendation, tried Yellowtail Carpaccio & went for Charred Smokey Oysters instead of raw. Both were good, buttery & very clean texture. My favorite were Fish Tacos & Steamed Mussels. Mussels were refreshing & juicy. Broth of the Mussels was insanely good. Since the dish came with only 1 slice of bread, we ordered side of extra bread to scoop up the yummy garlicky broth goodness. Overall I had great time. Definitely would go back to try other dishes!

This is my favorite place for oysters and sushi. Seriously the best raw oysters I’ve had in my life; their oysters don’t get stuck in their shells and smoothly slide out, leaving a fresh cool taste in your mouth. (I don’t have pictures of oysters as I couldn’t wait to eat them)

Great food! Highly recommend Sashimi sampler! Vegetarian options: Not much veggie options there - the side of Brussel sprouts were too crispy, almost burnt! Won't recommend this place to vegetarians.

Come get your seafood fix at EMC Seafood & Raw Bar at Santana Row! I personally prefer their patio seating for some fresh air, sunshine, and people watching. Everything was super fresh and service was great! Our ears enjoyed our server's "sultry and sexy voice." LOL

Nice experience, food was very good. Fresh fish, mussels and oysters. Not cheap but splurge.
