Delicious delicious food. I come here all the time. It's low key and quiet and the people just seem very sweet. Great vegan platter!

The food was outstanding I should know I am Ethiopian. The service is great the woman that serves is kind and accommodating. Everything was good it was like your grandma was taking care of you! Make sure to try the coffee it is really good forget Starbucks. Vegetarian options: There is an entire dish that is vegetarian and most of the stews and wits and vegetarian. The lentils are great!

Embilta has the best Ethiopian food in the city. Everything is super fresh and tasty. This has become my go to restaurant when I want quality, great tasting food.

2-stars for lack of consistency and freshness. The freshness and flavor are hit or miss. Half of the time the food tastes fresh, other times it is not. I ordered veggie platters and sometimes there is cabbage, other times it's two large potatoes and two large carrots with a lot of oil (which I always ask for no oil). I ordered just brown lentils tonight and when I opened the container I could tell this was not fresh in color, texture, and overall appearance - and the taste confirmed it. Otherwise the owner is nice. Neighborhood atmosphere is not quite there yet, but the kindness makes up for that.

If i could give her 10⭐️⭐️⭐️ i would. The service and food just beyond great every time. Thank you
