Tasteless food,good portion, but no seasoning

I was there on 1/18/24 at around 2:45 pm. ordered a large pollo/bbq chicken @ $23.00 for a whole chicken. When I got home I received 1/2 chicken and a huge serving of rice and fries. Although delicious, I felt that my lack of speakng spanish and not a regular patron allowed for the slight. A whole chicken has 2 of everything. there was only one wing, thigh, breast cut in half and a tiny drum stick. The whole chicken would have fed my family of 4 with leftovers. Will try again but will verify b/4 I leave the premises. I gave him a $2 and change tip. I will start going to the Spanish grill spot near North Ave and 1&9. They're more honest. Parking: if you don't have any change you're taking your chances of getting a ticket
