Ellie’s Baked Eggs

Hoping this place re-opens! They had some quirks to work out - cooking the potatoes more fully, but the baked egg concept is a fun idea and they had great flavor combinations.

I enjoyed my bacon, spinach and feta baked egg pot. Just wanted a little more Spinach. Their bread is delicious.

This little place was a nice surprise, a delicious meal in a clean and charming environment. Full bar, wish I had time to try their green bloody mary.

We went a couple months back for a weekday, date brunch. Undercooked potatoes. Overcooked eggs and steak, like the cook nodded off while the plate was in the salamander. The second order was similarly overcooked. Like we couldn't finish a single thing we paid excessively for. Wait staff was awesome. Front of house was very clean. Unfortunately, the food was not.

My husband and I went on a breakfast adventure today and found Ellie's! What a gem!! Parking is pretty easy. The service was so friendly and quick. The food was delicious. My husband had the steak chimichurri egg bake and an arugula salad. I had the corned beef and potatoes egg bake with a salad. Everything was hot and fresh!! We definitely will be back.

Cozy, quaint, bright, modern place. Unique egg dishes, locally sourced produce and meats, lots to chose from. We had the french toast with chicken sausage, and baked eggs topped with portobello mushrooms with side of baby potatoes. Yum, yum,yum. French toast made with crusty bread and baked, topped with whipped cream and syrup...ah soo good! Worth the above average wait.

Absolutely delicious!!! I am sorry we waited so long to make it Ellie's. The eggs were fluffy, the bacon & sausage were divine bug the baked French toast was soooooooooooo sooooooooooooo yummy!!! I want to order a whole pan of that for Sunday breakfast or Christmas morning. We will back soon! My new favorite spot. Parking: Plenty of parking

When they first open I walk in and talk with the nice waitress from New Jersey place a order and the food is really good swing by dear the following week stopped at the side window look at the menu get ready to place it order this Asian lady wearing glasses the waitress was talking to a customer as I was standing outside there waiting for her to open the slide window for me to place my order she just stood there talking to the guy and looking at me I stood there for about 20 minutes and then out of frustration I left I have never went back ever since what fine way to open a business and snub a customer. Parking: There's plenty parking spaces

Drove pass this spot a few time but finally got to go in a grab a bite and I must say I was impressed. It was different. Got some French toast. Will definitely come back
