Fun place with great treats!
First time there today and it was delicious. Wide variety of yogurts to choose from and toppings. They even have a hot chocolate bar and candy. What more can you want? Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options
I have frequented Ella's over the years beginning in 2013 long before Orange Leaf was around. I have always loved coming here. Today may be the last time I come in. The group of young people, there were 4 of them, that were working we more interested in chatting together behind the counter. The young girl at the register took a bit to even make eye contact with me while standing at the counter with my yogurt. I had my special needs client with me and he was trying to talk to them. They just ignored him and then turned to each other and softly laughed between them. So inappropriate. And then when I said it wasn't very kind the young girl at the register rolled her eyes and made some comment to the next customer. Unfortunate it happened at your business. People with disabilities have feelings too, be kind, do better. UPDATE: After looking over the reviews I see where an autistic young woman complained about your staff and how she was treated POORLY as well!! This is unacceptable! And another reviewer made a comment about how the staff treated them as well.
This place is SO cute! They finally fixed the pricing. Instead of weighing, now there is a set price for each size cup. Fill what you want and pay the set price. SO many flavors to choose from and they rotate them out. The toppings bar has everything you ever wanted and more. The staff is mostly high school kids and they are all very kind and professional. Keep the high school kids employed and buy Ella's frozen yogurt. Parking: Corner shop with tons of parking in front and side. Wheelchair accessibility: All ground floor and accessible. Ramp for curb.
Always amazing! The frozen yogurt flavors and toppings are great! The renovation is beautiful. Ella’s is one of my kids favorite stops!
