Great food & service. Our server was super attentive and had great recommendations. We really enjoyed meeting the owner Eric!! The chicken parm was amazing, I can’t wait to go back & try their other dishes!
Eek! We just left Elina’s after hearing great things from a few friends and we couldn’t be more disappointed. Stopped in around 6ish on a Friday night and asked to put our name in for a table and they said not til 9 — totally fine. We come back at 9 and are greeted by truly one of the most miserable hostess’ I’ve ever encountered. She grabs two menus, doesn’t look us in the eye, walks us to the bar and walks away (there were 4 open tables for 2 left). We had to ask another hostess for an actual table which we ended up getting, but the hostess was clearly annoyed. Rushed us through the entire dinner, couldn’t be more unfriendly and unprofessional, and looked like she had places to be. On top of the awful service from Mary K., the food was underwhelming. The caesar salad had little to no flavor, the rigatoni vodka was bland / mildly sauced the chicken parm was overcooked. Such a negative experience, 0/10 will not be dining here again.
Elina’s is a cozy restaurant known for its delicious Italian cuisine. All the pastas are really good, and the ribs are a must-try. The starter bread sets the tone for a delightful meal, and the chicken parm is a standout dish that keeps guests coming back for more. I also appreciate that they play hip hop
Ordered the ribeye, DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Washed it down with a golden Negroni. chefs kiss xoxo
Food, service, ambiance 10 outa 10!!
I recently had an exceptional dining experience here. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm, setting the stage for an amazing dinner. The star of the evening was undoubtedly our waiter, Jack. His service, genuine enthusiasm, and proactive energy enhanced the entire dining experience. I highly rate this place as a must-visit for anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience. Ps: Get the rigatoni!!
Ceasar salad, rigatoni, chicken parm! New favorite italian im chicago. Afforadable wine list too, with great service!
Love love this place! It’s down the street from us and I’m so happy to have discovered it! Very romantic and intimate vibe, bar was open which was so nice, great staff, quick service, and our food was amazing! We got the rigatoni and the bolognese and don’t snooze on the tiramisu (it’s got some Nutella in it) it’s delicious!
Had dinner here recently, WOW host Eliana was kind and helpful, my server Jack had some great suggestions. Scallops diavollo were a knock out.
