Elevations Lounge

If you would like a venue to have a wedding or some other event, BEWARE, THEY ALLOW LITTLE KIDS TO RUN RAMPANT, with parents hollering at the tops of their voices in the Restaurant and Hotel lobby. Hotel staff walking around in a daze and allow this behavior..I’m sure at some point a child will get injured and the parents will sue the hotel, then maybe there will be changes. Now with regards to the food. It took 45 minutes for my soup and salad and the soup was cold. When my waitress Lexi asked how my meal is I stated “the soup is cold” her response “would you like to have it heated up.” Unbelievable, yes I would like HOT SOUP. What the heck, to top it off the waitress Lexi had an attitude when I asked for water and told her my soup was cold. I spoke with the food manager, I was told there are 2. The lady that I spoke with agreed the adults and children were hollering and screaming and that’s a normal occurrence. I don’t know what’s worse, the children and adults hollering and screaming, the little kids running throughout the restaurant and lobby or the attitudes of the Manager and Waitress.

Really upset with this lounge. Expected it to be much nicer, even made a reservation. Took awhile to be seated, waitress was quick to let us know that they were short staffed, which didn’t make us feel great. Took almost an hour to get ONE grilled cheese that we split, which was very cold. No refills, no one to check on us, had to wave someone down to just pay. The only great thing about this place is Paul, the bartender. He was very friendly.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful delicious cocktails and absolutely fabulous service from the bartender Paul. Even on a very busy night, he was super attentive. He made our stay great!

Very pretentious staff. Overpriced. Bad service and bad food. This hotel is banking on its reputation from the past. But the current staff is way out of their depth.

Food and drinks were great! Our waitress Lexi provided amazing service and made the whole experience divine. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely will be coming back
