We were hungry for some Birria recently and remembered that there was this new place in Bonita named El Viejon. We headed there from our home on a late Friday afternoon and ordered some food to eat there and also to go. We both ordered the Birria plate that turned out to be very well presented and was very tasty. We liked it a lot. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were fair. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Our First time At El Viejon, my wife and I ordered orden de Birria, Smoked Tina taco and queso Taco. Food was Delicious and reasonably priced, staff was friendly and food came out quick, will definitely be back!

There was a piece of raw meat in my birria. It has no flavor water down .. Don’t go there the rice is nasty .

I have been here twice and have had 5 different dishes, and everything has been amazing! This is going to be a bold statement but it's some of the best birria I've tasted in Chula Vista along with smoked tuna. Im definitely coming back and trying out the rest of the menu.

A fail, all the way for a starting business. No consume' really it's suppose to be a Birra place... Tuna mango tostada was bland. At least offer a free drink when you can't provide what was ordered...I'm a Bonita resident and would not go back.
