El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant

I specifically asked not to put shrimp in my entree due to my shellfish allergies and once arrived, Shrimp was in my food. I know the risk and was very relaxed about the situation so I calmly asked my waitress to make a new one due to high customer volume, It could have been a mistake. TWICE. They gave it to me against allergies and concerns. I wasn’t rude I asked the manager for help, He was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING person I ever met. He not only shrugged but said well it was made nothing we can do. I do not recommend this place at all. (For anyone reading I ordered 91 with no shrimp)

Went to lunch here with a friend. Haven't been to this location in years but the food and service was good. Food came quickly and was correct. Good service and the food was good. Only issue felt a little rushed by our server. Gave us our food and ticket at the same time.

Since I’ve been back in America, I couldn’t help but noticed that this place stays just as busy as any Tier 1 competitors in the restaurant industry. Restaurants that we are all familiar with from mainstream dining in like TX Roadhouse, Olive Garden, etc. to our local comfort/convenient favorites McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A. I mean come on, who doesn’t appreciate a good Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious, expedited, and the service was excellent. Even in the midst of a busy lunch/dinner time, they were always very cordial and attentive to the customers. However, the game changers are those Margaritas. I leave 5 stars and will continue to do business with the lovely establishment.

Well, in columbus, GA you won't find a busier Mexican restaurant. I guess that could be due to the amazing food they prepare in here. It doesn't matter what you order, everything they make is amazing! And the drinks!!! Margaritas are amazing!

Seated quickly. Ordered frozen margaritas and not quite sure what we received. It tasted watered down and had no flavor. Asked for a new one and the waitress questioned us and gave us attitude. She brought us new ones and just threw them down on the table. Didn’t come back for at least 10 minutes. We decided not to order food because of how the service was going. Will never be back again

Female server was very rude and not friendly. Asked for margaritas and was given something completely different. When we asked for an actual margarita she had an attitude. We moved on from that but she had an attitude the rest of the evening.
