If you are a local in Cortland, please ignore this response. If however you are stopping in, going through this little town and you happen to like Mexican restaurants l. Please pass it bye. It's locals over the years have made it a frat house. Workers sitting all the time on the phone. If not that, it's flirting, physically joke be ie throwing ice cubes, straws, flipping middle fingers at the kitchen staff. Sitting on the bar eith their back towards you,cfinslly requesting service, only to just point and toss the delegation to another amployee 2 minutes later. I thought the bar was full and almost left till I finally realized 3 of the 11 stools were employees on cell phones. Literally 9 front of house employees where there is only 15 fot tables to occupy. To this time, I never really knew who my bar bartender was, or who actually got my tip. Then to top it off, employees watched the guy next to me drinking, walk around yhe bar and enter the kitchen and came back about 6 minutes later. Ask me the response............exactly. they have great salsa, coleslaw, and Guac. Outside of that, if u don't know the employees, I would avoid this place. And that is the response to going to over 178 Mexicans restaurants in 36 states
