Best mexican restaurant in Colorado. I have never had a bad experience. The food, service and the general vibe of the restaurant is phenomenal.

Our go-to family owned Mexican food in the Lakewood area. The enchiladas are great. Very affordable and friendly service.

Down day today: parts of enchiladas (!!) overcooked and tough (how is this even possible?); tamales had no taste; shredded beef burrito dry, stringy, and tough. Two staff members had animated and loud conversation in Spanish (pretty sure they didn't suspect I understood what they were saying.) Very unusual experience - usually very good and pleasant time at this location.

Good food and amazing margaritas!

I understand if the place is busy it may be a slight wait to get a server but the fact that multiple people walked by made eye contact and said nothing is kinda rude. The location in Golden is better. At least I don't have to wave down someone and request a server.
