Always wonderful and amazing staff and food

Waited 20 minutes to order and the staff didn't even acknowledge that I was there. A regular came in and they talked to them and said it would take an hour to get food. Heard good things about Lito's but didn't experience anything positive in my visit. Finally left, I'd like to try them again and hope they treat their potential customers with more respect. There seemed to be a lot of confusion in the back while I was there. Lots of wandering around and not taking care of the six or so people waiting.

It's OK. The presentation was interesting. I ordered fish, and it was an entire fish, scales, head, and all, including hundreds of tiny bones.

This isnone of my favorite places in Richfield for Mexican food. Authentic and they have the best chips and salsa.

Disappointing. Didn’t get any salsa for the chips. Not worth the price at all. Entrees were a la cart ordered my burrito chimichanga but was no different that the regular burrito we ordered. Food was very average
