Price, quality and service. I had shrimp tacos with pineapple sauce. My wife had chicken tamales with red sauce. Delicious and she couldn't eat it all it was so much food. The price was less than $25. Luv this place.

The El Chelepa Especial is worth a return visit. Excellent food.

Employees were inappropriately behaving in a booth while wrapping silverware. Not appropriate for the kids to see or anyone for that matter. Ordered a vegetarian dish and ended up biting into steak inside of my food. Customer service is terrible. Had to walk the restaurant to find an employee. Loved when they were on Upper Valley Pike. Since the move the service has definitely suffered. Vegetarian options: Do not trust it here. I have an allergy and was sick before I even left the restaurant. Pulled out large pieces of steak from the inside of my vegetarian dish.

I have lived in ohio for about 7 years now and have struggled to find decent Mexican food that reminded me of home, this place absolutely nailed it.portions were great, food was delicious. I only wish it was at a better location because it’s kinda hidden. 10/10 would definitely be returning.

Best soup in US

The food was AMAZING with lots of choices and the wait staff was great, very friendly. The hostess, not so much, not friendly at all, acted very "put-out". If you don't like your job, get a different one. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back

Wonderful restaurant - great and courteous staff, great food, great service, great value. Wish I could give six stars.
