El Sombrero

I’ve gotten takeout here multiple times and it’s always been so good. I really enjoy the chicken fajitas and black beans. Definitely recommend.

This place just amazes me. GREAT food, service and prices. Never disappointed here. Keep up the great work!! Love this place! Can't say enough good things. Hostess does a great job managing the crowd of people coming in. Very polite and organized! Vegetarian options: Nice to see such a wide variety of veggie options and they taste great!

Food was very bland. Steak was dry and unseasoned. Guacamole was awful, it was JUST mushed avocado , no onion, tomato, cilantro or lime juice . Servers however was nice :)

One of our favorites! We eat here about once a week. Never had a bad meal at El Som.

This place, we really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but we tried them about 4 times before deciding to write this review:. The food is horrible. The hostess took our order and we reiterated on the steak burrito with the rest of the 3 meals. Also. For the kid’s quesadillas we asked for an added ground beef(we paid extra for it) paid the bill and came back 20 mins later. Did not check the food. Got home to be disappointed and dissatisfied … we received chicken burrito, then No beef on my little one’s quesadillas… my taco bowl was horrible , and the the shrimp order was Ok but very oily. We loved the chips and salsa… Also the charged a “To Go Fee per order!” We won’t go there again.

This was my favorite restaurant until the manager bothered me with her bad character and way of talking badly to customers and I even believed her and said that she was the owner. Anyway, i stops going to this restaurant. .. A few days ago a person told me that the restaurant had changed owners and I happily entered the restaurant and the first thing I looked at was this woman. I took a table and ordered an appetizer, I paid and left. When I paid, I liked that I didnt have to get up and go to that woman. I paid from my table, the people who served me were great, the service was perfect. . . . The only bad thing for me and I think also for the people, workers and clients who have had problems or altercations .. with the manager is that the previous owner was not able to take the manager. ............................................................................................................ And the new owner, why does he allow this person stay on your work team if he is aware of his behavior and bad character as a manager?
