Great environment but the food is not authentic! It’s American eye Mexican food.

By far, one of the best Mexican restaurants around. Food is amazing, drinks are delicious, service is top notch and atmosphere is delightful. Definitely would recommend the pina al pastor, carne asada, & waygu. You won't be disappointed.

Came in for lunch today, the El Sitio veggie burrito is perfection. Go get yourself one. Don't order delivery, call direct then come in and pick it up if you want it to go, save these folks some $$ on Doordash fees.

Piña al pastorは中身をくりぬいたパイナップルの中に、パイナップルと肉が入っていて美味しかったです。トルティーヤは小さいものが3枚しかついていないので、少なく感じると思います。 見た目が豪華かつダウンタウンのレストランなので仕方ないと思いますが、全体的に割高です。 また、多くのメキシコレストランでは魅了のトルティーヤチップスが提供されますが、ここではありません。 店内は一見綺麗に見えますが、床はひびが割れていて古そうに見えます。ソファ席は、ソファとテーブルの距離が近すぎます。

My daughter and her partner (of 20 years!) decided to get married in a simple ceremony at the Thurston County courthouse on Friday, 9/22/23. In addition to the bride and groom, it was just myself and his mother as the witnesses. We wanted to go out to dinner after the ceremony, and I knew they especially liked Mexican food. The ceremony was at 5:30, so a week prior I called the popular go-to Mexican restaurant on the Westside to request a reservation for a table of just 4 people at 6:00. I explained why we were celebrating because I wanted to be able to decorate the table a little before they arrived. I received a hard NO - they made it very clear they NEVER accepted reservations. I had heard good things about El Sitio, so I called them with the same request. Vanessa answered the phone and was not only very kind and sweet over the phone, she was also more than happy to reserve a table for us - and told me if I wanted to bring by the decorations, she would be happy to handle that for me! She even offered to go out and purchase a bottle of champagne for us (I had already gotten a bottle along with some Mr. and Mrs. flute champagne glasses)! I met Vanessa the morning of the wedding and dropped off a small box with some gold foil wedding confetti, tealight candles (battery), ivory and gold candle holders, along with a cute Mr. and Mrs. sign and the special champagne glasses. She led me through the restaurant and let me pick any table I would like! When we arrived at the restaurant shortly after 6:00 pm, she led us to the table and it was BEAUTIFULLY decorated!! My daughter and her new husband were shocked that Vanessa and her staff had done such an incredible job! Our meals were over-the-top delicious, and their menu had waaay more options than just the typical taco, enchilada, and chile rellano fare. In addition to the champagne, we also had Margaritas that were PERFECT with the delicious salsa and the fresh made table-side guacamole. This will DEFINITELY be our new place go-to place for AUTHENTIC Mexican food and a WONDERFUL addition to Olympia that rises far above the other Mexican restaurants!
