Fantastic food and customer service! I was in a bind when another restaurant unexpectedly cancelled my catering order an hour before my event. I called El Rodeo with only an hour to prepare a catering order for 40 people and they agreed to help me out and take the order! The food was delicious, they helped me load my car up and they even offered for me to return if we ran out of food (we didn’t, we had more than plenty!). Thank you El Rodeo for your hospitality and wonderful customer service!
Food was not made correctly, server didn't bother to ask if dessert was wanted (which it was), she just dropped the bill. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD RECEIPT!!! cash tip was left on the table & marked on the credit card receipt I signed. An additional $5 was ADDED AFTER THE FACT!!! will not be back.
