Amazing food and great portions. Will be coming back again

Food was decent, was served a squirt of guac and sour cream. When asked for more, they charge you $4 just for another squirt of it, how embarrassing. We paid the extra charge after the sad plate came out and when leaving were asked again if we paid. This place has gone downhill and they like to sweep next to you and have all the dust and dirt fly in your food. Can we finish our meal before staff coming up to ask to collect plates and bowls?
