Real authentic food. Great orchata... clay dishes, homemade tortillas... breakfast is great...and dinner as well...individual tacos to fajitas...but other things on their menu won't disappoint. Drinks need refreshing...but overall good food for the price.
Reading the other reviews on here was upsetting because I can relate to the initial excitement which then became an unwelcoming feeling after stepping foot in this restaurant. The first time my partner and I decided to visit this restaurant, we attempted to eat in but I quickly changed my mind due to feeling unwelcome very shortly after entering. We decided to just wait while our food was prepared and then left. The second and most recent time, we then ordered for pick-up. For some reason when I entered, I caught the staff making faces at each other. When I was asked for the name for my order, I let them know, and they walked away, just left me at the front counter without saying anything haha. They continued to pull weird faces at each other, even including the customers sitting down and eating…. At that point I exited the restaurant and waited outside because I felt that was better than standing in there haha. Very strange and unwelcoming behavior. The food is good but the environment reallyyyy ruined the experience. I live very close by but doubt I will be returning here out of choice. For any others experiencing the same, a great substitution for this place is Ed’s on Jog Rd, the staff and food is great!
