UPDATED REVIEW: I’m not sure what happened with the staff there, but the customer service has been great the most recent times I’ve been there. They never messed up my order with the new employees/different employees because I’m not sure if they’re new. The Milanesa de pollo tortas are so good. I went yesterday and showed up late for my pickup and they still held it for me. Great tortas highly recommend. Thank you! Last two times I went I ordered Milanesa de pollo tortas and they think I don’t know the difference between pollo and rez and were unprofessional with customer service telling me that I should learn to speak Spanish when I clearly said Milanesa de pollo most likely won’t go again lady made a huge deal and problem cussing us out on the phone, let’s not forget I got hung up on twice.
