Had a family birthday dinner there last Friday and I can't say enough good things about how nice it was. We had great service, good food, and the friendly staff made the occasion a lot of fun.

My husband and I rarely get a night out to ourselves so when we do it's a big deal and we try to make it a great time. We went to see a movie tonight, 1/13/2024, Saturday evening. After the movie we decided to go to dinner and chose El Rancho Grande since we really enjoy it. We were seated by a young man who tossed our menus and silverware on the table and then walked away. From there we sat and waited and waited and watched as several servers walked right past us and ignored us. After about 15 minutes of being ignored I waved to a waitress who came over. I told her that we'd been waiting for a server. Instead of at least taking our drink order, she walked away saying she would find out what happened. Really??? The restaurant was not busy at all so there's no reason we should have waited. We didn't get an apology, an explanation, nothing. I guess El Rancho Grande doesn't believe in good customer service anymore! I can't believe your employees let paying customers walk out the door! Shame on you!

Very friendly service, efficient, and the food very good. Vegetarian options: More options promoted would be nice.
