Wow. Let me try to say this nicely! First of all, I've been to this restaurant in Chelsea 4 times, before this last visit. And the service and food were amazing! But this last time, whew chile....terrible! For starters, the waitress was rude, from jump! Her Tone, her facial expressions,...yikes, wish she wore a mask!! I ordered a 🍹 Margarita, in the glass with the wide rim. I even pointed to the photo of the drink! I told her, NO ice! Do you know, since I requested no ice, she gave me a small glass!!! My boyfriend told me to check her, but I was too hot! The steak came out super red In the middle. The portion side for the rice, wasn't even enough to feed an ant! I wasn't going to leave a tip, but I did....the least amount! Because the service sucked!! I will never, ever go back!!

Great food and ambience, but came late one night to order 2 entrees and was left waiting for a food order for over 45 minutes, just to be told the server forgot, understandable... We got the check and quickly left with no tip, after we left a tip was written in by our server. Really loved this place but shady business practices in these times cannot be supported.
