My favorite Mexican restaurant. Doesn't matter what I get it's fantastic.

This Mexican food is ok

The atmosphere and music was nice. Ordered the Taco Mexicanos and the carnitas taco was phenomenal. Definitely ordering the carnitas dinner next time (the only other item I could find on the menu which included the carnitas). The place was impeccably clean.

Nice and clean, was served right away with hot taste food.

First time trying El Potrero tonight.. I called approx 25 mins before they closed fully equipped with “I’m sorry’s” and swore up & down that I’d be there in time.. the girl who took my order was calm, kind & didn’t seem bothered or rushed at all. She talked with ease & assured me it was fine! I ordered 3 different dinners and each one was perfect & delicious!!! The place down the road (I’ll leave unnamed for their sake) does NOT even compare! Especially when they charge $7.99 for chips & salsa, which El Potrero gave me the same portion for NO extra charge with my order! And it was 10000x’s more tasty! With fresh & warm chips! Love this place, my new fav Mexican spot & by far the best in the area!

Hands down the best Mexican food restaurant I’ve been to since moving here from Colorado!! The Carnitas was tender and full of flavor.
