Surprisingly good pollo a la brasa.

Can’t go wrong with the food, love El Pollo Rico chicken at all locations! But why do the employees make me feel like I killed their mother anytime I order?

This location is in a death spiral. Ordered food online and paid. Got to the restaurant after enough time. The worker / manager said they don’t have an order for me. Looked through their online orders and said there is no order received. After I show him my confirmation he then looks again and says it’s there. Never apologizes. Makes it sound like it was my fault. Of course the order was never made so I have to wait for my order to be made. Very poor experience. Probably because this place has no customers the workers are poorly trained. Will NOT be going back to this place until a new restaurant takes over the space.

My son and I have been waiting for a good place to get quality food. This place is great

They over price scammer I see the price for the whole chicken 19.99 and when I call they tell me 27.99 that’s crazy and hung up the phone

Food is great--love the fried plantains, but the dining room, despite being very colorful, feels cold. There is no spirit to this place.
