EL POLLO RICO #11

First time to tried this location . The food was good, no greasy at all, good portions that will make you quite full, the only thing was the beans. They needed to be cook a little while longer. Otherwise I would give you a 5 instead of 4 stars

Best grilled chicken in the Austin area! Rice and beans could be better but the chicken is so worth it.

Very disorganized. They are literally running like chickens with their heads cut off. Not even busy & they can't keep up.

We went through the drive through but when I tell you this food was AMAZING and TOP TIER for drive thru…wow. The carne asada was so juicy and soft, the piña agua Fresca was amazing, the green sauce and guac were also AWESOME. Totally recommend this place!

Each time I visit this restaurant, the team who takes the order is very well informed of the menu items, excellent service and the food is delicious and never off the high scale of great. However, I ordered beef and got chicken instead. When I got home it was disappointing. I even spoke Spanish to the clerk at the register. And the bowels do not include one single tortilla. Other than that, please don't pass by a little place like EL POLLO RICO! SERVINGS ARE GREAT, A GOOD AMOUNT AND NOT TOO PRICEY! DEFINITELY A GOOD ADDITION TO AUSTIN CUISINE!

Where else can you get a perfect baked potatoes at 8:00 pm So fluffy and hot !!
