El Pollo Loco

Good food and good service. It can get busy, crowded, and hectic at times. Props to the young managers and employees who handle the immense stress and responsibility of managing probably the most busiest and roughest locations in all of LA. Shoutout to Jenifer, Kevin, Ricardo, and Kalob, you guys are not even 25 yet you are leading and managing a store such as that one. If you see them on your next visit please tell them keep up the great work. They deserve to hear it not only from me.

I usually don't do this, but I was craving a Chicken Soup and a Double chicken tostada from El Pollo Loco and this location was the only one that was open at 9:30am I walked in, and the lady that took my order didn't even say good morning and had a Bad Attitude. She took my order and I noticed she charged me for a drink and I never asked for one, however she reimbursed me and she made a "Fuchi Face" at me, I was like...... Ok.... Sheesh!!! So, she gives me my order and didn't even say Thank You. I began to eat my soup and hardly had any chicken in it, No Flavor and I bit into a bone. My Chicken tostada did have Double chicken, but the chicken tasted a bit funny, too dry and I didn't even enjoy it. I should of gotten breakfast somewhere else/different Chain Restaurant or I should of gone to my favorite Pollo Loco spot on Sepulveda&National Blvd. where they are Happy to see their customers, Have Great Customer service and there Pollo Loco is Delicious. To bad I didn't get her name. Never coming here again.

Used a survey coupon for $1 off, after reviewing my receipt,I noticed the only took off 58 cents… when asked, the lady explained her manager just told her to use ‘senior discount’ , instead of ACTUALLY teaching them how to do it. The manager lady seemed annoyed, and explained that ‘nobody really uses these’… they made it right, only after being caught..and with attitude…

Dirty restaurant, no chicken brest available, very disgusting restaurant lobby was not clean at all and tables dirty too
