We are regular customers of this El Pollo Loco. It seems they forget something at least every other visit. Sometimes it's the tortillas, the next time it might be the salad dressing. Recently a burrito was missing. I caught that before leaving the parking lot. The food quality is fine and the staff are pleasant. They just need to work on getting the order right.

Bathroom was absolutley filthy. Paper on the floor, 2 dispensers with zero soap
