This was a disappointment, we eat El Pollo Loco occasionally but this was terrible! Food was dry and not fresh at all. It was after 8:00 pm and it was like they were trying to avoid cooking fresh food by selling old stuff. Nothing was good. Don't eat here late!

We went through the drive-thru. People (on accident) left out part of order. We phoned in and they saw part of order still there, and we went back to pick it up. Even provided/got a beverage.

I don’t live in the area but when I go shopping at Del Amo I occasionally visit this location and always have the best experience. The food taste better here and the customer service is great!
