El Pollo Loco

El pollo estaba delicioso es uno de los mejores servicios que he recibido en este pais, muy amables y rapidos

Waste of time & money! Nobody speaks English, so it’s already difficult, but cannot get a simple order correct! Went round & round with them to get the order right. Ordered 3 burritos, one with chicken & nothing else. Get to the window they hand us 2 burritos, explain they are missing the 3rd one. They take the bag back & apologize, then hand the bag back, with the “corrected “ order. Drive all the way across town 25 minutes home to find all they did was pull one burrito out & put a different one in, but still 2 not 3 that we paid for!!!! At 7pm on Tuesday night, not driving out of our way another hour to try to explain their mistake for the 6th time!! ‍♀️ So my husband will be stopping by TOMORROW so they can figure out how to correct this absolutely ridiculous mistake! So I get no dinner tonight, thanks!

A great place but the food is a little bit dry

This time the chicken was dried out it seemed like it set too long they cooked it way too far ahead of time

Hoy diciembre 30, pasé por tacos al carbón combo, quise pagar con mi gift card y por segunda ocasión mi gift card no tenía saldo (antes ya me habían regalo una y pasó lo Mismo pero esta vez si reclamaremos el saldo), por lo que tendremos q regresar a la tienda con el ticket si es que lo encuentra, y por otra parte es la segunda vez q me dan unos tacos con el sabor del pollo horrible, no se si es pollo de hace muchos días o que pasa, pero sabe mucho a pollo crudo y viejo!!! Estoy super molesto porque pasas al drive thru; llegas a casa esperando cenar bien y sorpresa acabas de tirar tu dinero a la basura !! Y regresar de aquí hasta Cleveland horrible horrible horrible !
