Bought take out too. Food and salsa was exceptional.

This El Pollo is one minute from my house. Unfortunately I won't be returning. I have given up thinking the employees just made an honest mistake in their rush to prepare my order. The problem is, nearly every time I've gone to the place I get home and something is missing or they put onions and cilantro when I asked them to be sure not to put it on my food. Its partly my fault for not checking before I get home but I shouldn't have to. Its usually something small like 25 cent order of tortillas they forget but a couple days ago it was a $4.00 order of rice. I never called to inform them as usual but this time really bothered me. I'd say 75% of the time my order is wrong. I'm not willing to give my money to a restaurant that can't put in place a better system to catch the small things that can ruin your experience.
