Food was ordered online. It was 25 minutes late. They had my food sitting in the food prep area waiting to be boxed and delivered to me at the counter for a long time. They forgot part of my order, and I was standing around about 5 other customers who were experiencing the same thing. Very bad experience

Out of all the El Pollo Locos that I have been to I like this location the best. Have come here for lunch several time and the food and salsa are always fresh. They have a reasonably priced lunch menu.

Stopped buying from this location long time ago. Started to retry their foods again. Alot of improvements from management to the foods. Nice quality and quantity.I' m very satisfied. Thanks to the new manager.Food has taste and soft chicken meats .Pls keep it up!! Very friendly team members and super fast .

This location was clean, customer service was also good and food was just how it was supposed to be. I got the Pollo Bowl and it had the right chopped chicken breast meat. I've visited other locations and they've given me deboned chicken from the previous night or thigh and leg meat.
