Teresa who is the manager currently is very rude ...I ordered a burrito that was extremely hard 30 minutes before closing and no one gave me a receipt. when I came back to try to get a new burrito she was very rude did not help me. Said They only honor same day returns.. how was I supposed to know that if online it shows that they were closed. very poor management don't don't go there. Literally ignored for 15 minutes b4 they got to us...i thought el pollo loco was supposed to be very customer service orientated. For sure doesnt uphold those standards at this location. will be contacting corporate

I ordered is the right menu for my lunch today. Cashier is very listen and make it clear if she understood me then I am happy with it and it's so delicious. No needed to complains. It's better than Del Taco Restaurants because that have not kind of the BBQ Grilled it will cause it for your high blood pressure and High Cholesterol too. I recommended each of you come down to this an any Restaurants not requited medication.

This pollo loco has been my worse experience, , if you don't speak English then probably 100% you will not be treated with respect, lady who takes your order either doesn't understand Spanish or she does it like she does not understand, you have to repeatedly ask for what you want 3 or 4 time. Very rude customer service 😒

If you have allergies, don't trust them to care. The person operating the register might, but the staff prove every chance they get that they don't. I give them a chance periodically, and yet again, they ignore special instructions and give me food with things I'm allergic to, and I have to spend 10 minutes opening it up and digging it out. They're careless and incompetent. Dietary restrictions: They don't give a damn
