My boy favorite Pollo loco, A clean spot w/fresh meals and great taste of Chicken. Customer Service even got better.

There was no line and I was in and out of there in about five minutes

Today is July 22, 2022 I went to the El Pollo Loco and Palmdale on Palmdale Boulevard. Whoever cut the food today they hooked it up I give them five stars today whoever was the chef cooking did an excellent job Preparing the food. It was so good I had to call them and let them know I’m coming back to tip them

Oh no! We love El Pollo but this time it wasn't very good. They got my order wrong and the chicken was burnt. I'll think twice before going there again.
