El Pollo Loco always uses fresh ingredients. The food is very tasty, almost homemade type. The staff is friendly and attentive, they are really good having your food punctually when you order online, too. My favorite is Double Chicken Avocado Tostada. Uhmm, so good!! And the avocado and cilantro sauces.... delicious!! Parking: It is always easy to find a parking spot!

They should close this branch here the employees are not helpful at all i went there 2 time to pick up my order for doordash everytime i have to wait 20-25 minutes for my order not recommended at all they should close this branch or need some good employees

I order a pollo bowl with extra chicken and when I started eating it I’ve noticed that there was old pieces of chicken missed in with fresh chicken. I’m definitely not eating here again in the future. I didn’t even finish my food because of this.

Nasty attitude from the employees. Just quit already. But I guess some people are just too poor to quit.
