El Pollo Loco

Service is good here but you need to step your game up with the quality of the food. Ordered an original pollo bowl and a double pollo bowl and half the chicken was overcooked or burnt.

Worst service yet. I always have a somewhat bad experience coming to this location but it’s the closest one to me. Came in to buy lunch at 12pm, there were only 3 cars in the drive thru line, including me. I begin my order and the person taking my order wouldn’t let me finish saying each item as if they were in a busy lunch rush. I then asked if they still had the “Ranchero Burrito” and was responded with a “HuH?! A whaA?!” as if they’ve NEVER heard of pollo loco’s burrito. Very unprofessional. I finished my order and they kept rudely interrupting me and didn’t repeat my order to me. I paid for my meal and wondered why it was so much, so when I got home I looked in the bag and they overcharged me for an extra pollo bowl. I called them ASAP and they had said “this happens often” but they’ll issue a refund IF I come back. They never fail to display their lack of discipline/customer service.

It was my first time coming to this location since it was near my work. My order came out quick and the food was fresh. Will definitely recommend this location.

Helpful staff made ordering for my family easy!

The cashier's here are inexperienced a lot of kids and do there best I believe.
