Wait in the front to order for five minutes. there are a lot of people working. Seems not that busy but no one came out to say would be with you soon. It seems that no one really cared at the customer waiting even to acknowledge. That’s not a good business practice. So we left.

Cold chicken Smelly chicken Straight to the bathroom n had to drink sparkling water to feel better this place needs health Dept 2nd time in couple months Same feeling stinky food

This location is really horrible. Everyone including management needs to be terminated. The customer service is nonexistent

You feel like this place's employees know nothing about service and customer care. I ordered 8pc family meal and added another 8pc chicken. I asked for extra house salsa. The lady asked how many do you want I said 15 (little things) I thought for 7 people 2 each would be good. She said she can only give me ten, she suggested to purchase extra salsa for $5. I declined because it's ridiculous, I'm just asking for 5 extra little packets. I asked her to ask a manager, she gave me 3 extra salsas lol. It felt so silly to pay $40 and getting 3 extra salsas. I would've left but she had already changed my card. I took the meal home for my guests. No napkins! You wonder why people are packed at In n out??? Because you get a good customer care and service .

I did the drive through and ordered my food was super fast. I paid and right after my food came out. Well I messed up and ordered it wrong. So I went inside and told them I messed up and so I paid for the difference and the manager there went and remade my food. Even though I messed it up she took it upon herself to help me out and make my food again the way it was supposed to be done if I had ordered right. She didn’t have to do it but she did and that’s big in my book thank you.
