Typical El Pollo Loco food (fast food burritos). The drive thru seems to move slowly, they appear to be understaffed. The staff is usually friendly. Haven't had any issues with wrong orders.

I Love the food and good service

Ugh what horrible food. I bought the Grande Avocado Chicken bowl and there was only like a thumbnails worth of avocado and the lettuce felt like I was eating Styrofoam. Flat out gross. Complete waste of money. I'll never eat here again.

Terrible customer service... 20 minute wait for family meal in store 4 customers waiting for walk-in service... Drive-through customers returning in store for screwed up orders will not go to this El Pollo loco again !

Ordered an 8 piece family meal. The chicken was over cooked or old. Tasted like I was chewing rubber. Maybe after lunch left overs? Paid extra for two cilantro lime sauce but, it was only 1/4 full. Cheap owners want to save every penny but, in the long run will lose money with the poor food quality. I've had it in Orange County and it's always good there. Won't come to this location again. Employees were as expected and friendly.
