I came in with my volleyball team to this El Pollo Loco location three days ago and I had a great experience. Two cashiers in particular made our experience great! They were attentive, kind, welcoming, reliable, detail oriented, and fast. We were in and out in no time, even thought we had 13 players in total. Thank you Kimberli and Abigail for making this experience a success and providing great customer satisfaction. We need more outstanding workers like you! You are appreciated!

Just went in for a normal family order of ell pollo loco. Nothing fancy. Chicken meat did hold me over but felt stringy or didn't have any meat on the bones. More bone/sinew/fat than chicken.
