Food is ok... 1.When this location barley opened they gave great customer service Don't see that anymore.. 2.Even with coupons might as well go to pollo campers or cardenas 3.They keep getting orders wrong I know teens need to work and learn but hire ones who care a bit more Not just the poor pay they probably complain about Last time was the chicken order This time no tortilla no dressing for Salads. !!!!!!.management /corporate motivate your employees!!!!

Dietary restrictions: Good for meat based option in a pinch.

As a former employee here I can tell you this place sucks. The meat that using salad bowls are out all day . The grill that the chicken gets made on is very disgusting. And they have very bad customer service and appreciation

So it's kinda amusing to me the "Owner" only writes back to anyone who leaves a 5 star review.. which I betcha half are employees 3 look familiar. This place is pretty hit or miss on what kind of experience you will have like right now there's 4 of us waiting because the hours say 10 am but it's 1013 and their not opened yet. So today is a miss I come everyday literally and I only do so because it's right by my house like I said some days awesome some days you have to go in because you ask for something not to be added and they gave you only that I think was supposed to be a prank or whatever just idk. Just as a fellow business owner I'd try and make my customers all happy not just the 5 star ones like some of these reviews could of been helped big time. And maybe change your hours multiple cars are just waiting because your people won't serve us yet

Waaaaay to expensive

Aracelly or however you spell that was very rude through the drive thru when I requested my 3 tacos on flour instead of corn, which I’ve been doing for TWO years because I don’t eat corn tortillas. I am currently pregnant and may be being a little dramatic but she could’ve been nicer about it. Probably won’t ever return to this location again.

The service on 8/10 8/11 at this location was very poo Today and yesterday you have a girl / Guy I guest with a poor service don’t asked if you need anything else she served my food in a very disappointing manner for your standards I’m a reward member and purchase at least two of three times per week I was here on the 8-9 and a Mexican lady help me in a most kind and respectful way and manners well serve proportion like other locations I have been in
